1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• Account means the personal account opened by a registered User on the kid4d platform, used to place bets, manage funds, and access services.
• Balance means the total amount of funds available in your Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Bet or Wager means a stake placed on a gaming product, sports event, or casino game offered on the kid4d platform.
• Bonus means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded by kid4d to a User's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• KYC means "Know Your Customer" — the identity verification process required before withdrawal, involving submission of government-issued identification documents.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By registering an Account on kid4d, you represent and warrant that:

2. You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the platform from Indonesian territory (or an internationally recognized jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted).

6. The information you provide during registration (name, date of birth, address, email, phone number) is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Balance.

kid4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KTP, passport, proof of address, bank statement) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access kid4d's gaming services, you must create a personal Account by completing the online registration form. You will be required to provide: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address in Indonesia, preferred currency (IDR), and a secure password. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent platform restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

kid4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably suspect:

• Breach of these Terms (including age, residency, or identity misrepresentation).
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing involvement, or use of automated betting systems.
• Money laundering or use of kid4d services for any unlawful purpose.
• Abusive behavior toward kid4d staff or other Users.

In the event of Account closure for breach, kid4d reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit any remaining Balance, including deposited funds and bonus credits. If your Account is closed in good standing (e.g., voluntary closure request), any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after identity verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kid4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kid4d does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 15 minutes for bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB; reduced hours on weekends and public holidays). If a deposit is not reflected in your Balance within the stated timeframe, contact kid4d support via live chat or email with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: You must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a clear photo of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport before your first withdrawal. Verification typically takes 1–3 hours during business days. Withdrawals are blocked until KYC is approved.

• Wagering Requirement on Deposits: To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000 without claiming a bonus, you must place at least Rp 100.000 in total wagers before requesting withdrawal. Deposits claimed with a bonus are subject to the specific bonus wagering requirement (typically 20x–40x), stated in the bonus terms.
• Withdrawal to Registered Account Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name during KYC verification. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on kid4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you attempt to deposit funds in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to IDR at their prevailing exchange rate, and you will bear any conversion fees or exchange-rate spread.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kid4d may offer various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the stated wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement ranging from 20× to 40× the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers on eligible games before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from bonus issuance). Failure to meet the requirement within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Eligible Games and Contribution Weighting

Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Typically:

• Sports betting (football, basketball, badminton, E-sports) contributes 100% at odds of 1.75 or higher; lower odds may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 50%).

5.4 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While an active bonus is being wagered, you may not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50.000 per round or spin (unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise). Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

kid4d operates a strict anti-abuse policy. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, colluding with other Users, or exploiting software errors to gain unfair advantage is prohibited. Detected abuse will result in immediate closure of all linked accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by kid4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or rule violation. Common bet types include Meron vs Wala (red vs blue corner), BDD (quick result), and Sente/Tagra (specific outcomes). All match results are determined by the arena operator and are final. kid4d is a platform provider and does not control match outcomes. Users must be 21+ and practice responsible gambling when participating in sabung ayam betting.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Warranties

kid4d provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7.2 User Responsibility

7.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall kid4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim. kid4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
